The Red Deer Red Deer Primary Care Network *is challenging you to a virtual walk around Jamaica. One of our goals is to recruit 1,000 participants!

All TREK participants are invited to join us over the lunch hour (1200-1300 hrs.) at the PCN office. You will receive some valuable information and ‘give aways’ about the TREK and meet other participants.

To register a team, contact Bonnie St. Dennis @ 403-343-9100 or email Bonnie.StDennis@rdpcn.com. Recruit friends and family members, co-workers and register your own team. Having others that you know participate in the trek can help keep you moving and increase the fun. Minimum of five members per team.

Many random draw prizes such as yoga bags, water bottles, pedometers, and the blue Red Deer PCN t-shirts will be offered throughout the TREK to individuals and teams.
